The 2nd Officers Training was held on the 29th floor of the UNION BANK BUILDING in ORTIGAS on January 26, 2013.  TM Mica, Ludy, Michael and Roland attended, and thus the Metro Manila Toastmasters Club gained another half DCP point.

The first meeting of the Metro Manila Toastmasters Club for the year 2013 started and ended with a "Big Bang of Cheers".  There were four speakers.  TME was DTM Lynne Gamboa and the GE was Jeff Garcia, ACB.  A total of three guests were present.  ACB Luz Go was also there as the Table Topics Master.  ACB Ed Gamboa also graced the night with his trademark "Priest" intro.  Mikel sampled  for us another example of his expert evaluation technique.

The 2012 Metro Manila Toastmasters Club Christmas Party was again held in West Baler through the generosity of PP Mica Cariño's Family.  The festive night was topped with a generous serving of singing, dancing and gift giving.

Our theme was "Be on Santa’s good list!...Be Jolly and make good cheer for Christmas comes but once a year."
The meeting was awesome as usual especially with Toastmaster of the Evening
Roland Fernandez orchestrating the whole meeting; enlivening the night with witty anecdotes and points.  Savory Tootz dela Torre, ACS, CL performed excellently as usual as the General Evaluator.
